National Women's Studies Association (NWSA)
"NWSA supports and promotes feminist/womanist teaching, learning, research, and professional and community service at the pre-K through post-secondary levels and serves as a locus of information about the inter-disciplinary field of Women's Studies for those outside the profession".
American Association of University Women
AAUW is devoted to promoting education and equity for all women and girls. This site includes information on educational issues, grants and scholarships, and public policy issues.
National Council for Research on Women
NCRW is a working alliance of research and policy centers, individuals and other organizations. Its mission is "to enhance the connections among research, policy analysis, advocacy, and innovative programming on behalf of women and girls".
National Organization for Women
NOW is the largest organization of feminist activists in the country. Founded in 1966, it has 250,000 members and over 550 chapters in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.
The Schlesinger Library

National American Woman Suffrage Association Collection, 1848-1921
Part of the American Memory Project of the Library of Congress. "The NAWSA Collection consists of 167 books, pamphlets and other artifacts documenting the suffrage campaign." Many of the documents are available full-text.
International Information Centre and Archives for the Women's Movement (IIAV)
"The IIAV is the source, the intermediary and the supplier of information and documentation for all those who occupy themselves with the position of women, whether it concerns books, periodicals, data, addresses, archives, visual materials, current or historical, national or international. IIAV is located in the former Gerardus Majella Church [Amsterdam, the Netherlands]".
