Reconstruction Finance Corporation (1942-1945)
Reconstruction Finance Corporation (FL 5) was transferred from the Federal Loan Agency to the Department of Commerce by Executive Order 9071 of February 24, 1942. The Corporation was returned to the Federal Loan Agency pursuant to act of Congress approved February 24, 19445 (59 Stat. 5).
