The Technical and Collections Services unit of the Pennsylvania State University Libraries is responsible for providing prompt and courteous access to library materials for our users wherever they are located.
Our Technical Services departments (Serials & Acquisitions Services and Cataloging and Metadata Services) acquire and classify monographic and serial titles in all languages and formats (e.g., books, serials & periodicals, maps, music, audiovisual, electronic resources, etc.) that meet the Libraries' collection scope.
