Effectively marketing the Libraries and its services is important and on-going, especially in light of patron perceptions that there are so many other places to locate information. Marketing can be simple (a bookmark with hours and services) to complex (full scale Libraries media campaign), and everything in between.
Public Relations and Marketing (PRAM) is responsible for implementing and overseeing marketing within the University Libraries. While it is not necessary to work with PRAM for instructional materials (such as guides for library instruction), it is required to include PRAM in planning and producing promotional materials.
