| In 1969, Ciletti accepted a position as the director of Commonwealth Relations in the Office of the vice president for public affairs at University Park. | |
| Fred was a person with a positive attitude who fondly remembered his time spent in Schuylkill County. He lobbied long and hard for the release of state funds that were essential to the construction of the library. The dedication of the library to his memory was held in April of 1995. | |
| The building has three levels. The top, two levels comprise the library, and the bottom level serves as the Center for Academic Achievement. |
