Saving Simmons Choices 3 Reports

Saving your work in Choices 3 is a multi-step process. Once you have run an analysis, you will export your data to Excel.

Why can't I simply use "save" or "save as"?

After you have run your analysis, choose export under "File", then "Excel":

Your report will now be in Excel and you can format it as you would any spreadsheet file. Save the Excel file to your U: drive or PASS (Penn State Access Account Storage Space).

If you would like to run your report, using the same column/row/filter definitions, against a different Choices 3 survey, you will need to save your Spec files to your U: drive or PASS. You will then be able to retrieve your Spec files and run them in another Choices 3 survey.
