"The Centre Daily Times investigates Penn State President Graham Spanier's assertion that problem drinking is the single biggest health and safety problem facing America's campuses. During the 1998-1999 academic year, a team of CDT journalists spent months researching the alcohol culture among Penn State students and assessing the impact of this culture on the students and the community. The results are presented in this special report. The report is divided into 3 segments: Entering the culture, Consequences, and Changing the culture.
