Organizational Chart

Our Access Services units lend materials to our users, maintain our stacks collections, provide reserves materials for classroom assignments, provide services to users with disabilities and lend/borrow materials to/from partner libraries.

• Annex Operations - Stacks and Annex operations organize the collection so patrons can access it with ease. The two operations also take care of the collections’ physical distribution.
• Collection Maintenance - Stacks and Annex operations organize the collection so patrons can access it with ease. The two operations also take care of the collections’ physical distribution.
• Interlibrary Loan - Obtains for Penn State faculty, students and staff material not owned by the University Libraries. Also supplies loans and photocopies of materials owned by the University Libraries to other libraries worldwide.
• Lending Services - Provides informational materials and related services to University Libraries patrons. Staff are available to offer assistance and answer questions during all hours of operation.
• Library Services for Persons with Disabilities - Assists disabled faculty, staff, students and all other library patrons to retrieve and access information.
• Reserves - Makes course material available both within the Library and online to students enrolled in Penn State courses. Assists faculty with reserves-related technical and copyright issues.
