  2. Prior to implementing Unicorn WorkFlows, this field contained Penn State's local call number, old location code designations and holdings, which can still be viewed by accessing the old Cat via LIAS. Currently, in WorkFlows, 090s are not required in bib records, though sometimes an 090 will be present in an imported record and can be used to create a local call number in the Vol/Copy record if an 050 is absent.

  4. Accept 090s from copy and, if valid, use to create call number when 050 is not present. See also Classification.
