Post Processing Distribution

  1. Fully Processed Material
  2. If you have a shelf-ready item that does not need to be re-marked, place it on the pick-up shelves or appropriate branch mail bin. Otherwise:

    1. University Park Material
    2. Place on the UP Marking shelves.

    3. CCL Material
    4. Place on the CCL Marking shelves.

    5. Rush Material
    6. Place on the UP and CCL Rush Marking shelves.

    7. Surrogates
    8. Place in the Surrogates tray below the UP Marking shelves.

  3. Referrals
  4. Place on the appropriate Referral shelf. Make sure to date/initial the accompanying flier/orf and properly indicate the type of referral you are making.

  5. MLP Items
  6. Place on the appropriate Referral shelf.
