Cataloging Standards
- Reduce the uncataloged backlog by 2,000 items
- Process all current receipts and gifts so that the backlog does not increase
- Eliminate the remainder of the incomplete items
- The team will get feedback from the faculty advisors and Rare Books Room
staff to ensure that their expectations of our work are being met
Team and Co-operative Standards
- Primary team members will share the role of Team Leader and other
team responsibilities
- Team members will participate in quarterly meetings to evaluate progress
towards the teams annual goals
- Team members will complete special cataloging and maintenance requests
within five working days
- Team members will respond to all project requests within five working
days, establishing a priority procedure and timetable for completion of the
project
