Additional Barcodes/Mylar Needed

If your location is in need of additional barcodes and/or mylar, please email LaDawn Benner with your request for more or call her at (814) 865-1755. Don't forget to give her your campus location and the name of the person the barcodes/mylar should be directed to. Allow a few days for delivery.

User Access Requests

Contact one of the trainers if you run into authorization problems when attempting to perform maintenance activities.

Onsite Training

Although training for dispersed maintenance activities is readily available through Web instruction for offsite locations, the trainers understand that such things as time constraints or staff or computer shortages may not make it the most favorable training option. One on one training at University Park, always an option as well, may also be inconvenient for some locations because of staff shortages and the necessary travel time. A third training option is to have library faculty/staff members trained onsite at their own locations by someone who has already been through the training.
