Note: Sirsi erroneously programmed the Save Dialog Box shown above with an Open button. This should really be a Save button and acts just like a Save button.

You can retrieve your saved records by clicking on the Saved Files button on the toolbar that is on the left side of the SmartPORT screen. This will bring up a small window listing your saved files. The buttons on this window provide a number of file management features. By clicking on the View button (leftmost button), you can view your saved records in the same manner as if you were viewing from the Hit List Window. From the View Window you can capture your saved records in the same manner as if you were connected to a database and load them into Workflows.
