What does Interlibrary Loan Borrowing Do?

Interlibrary Loan Borrowing obtains material not owned by the Penn State University Libraries from other libraries and document delivery sources. Interlibrary Loan service is available to all University Park faculty, students and staff who are currently registered with the University Libraries.

Penn State faculty, students and staff located at a Penn State campus other than University Park should submit Interlibrary Loan requests through their local campus library.
