AACR3: Redefining a Standard for the 21st Century

Summary:   The Joint Steering Committee for Revision of AACR has embarked on the preparation of a new edition of the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules, to be published in 2007 and designed to reposition AACR as a content standard for descriptive metadata. Learn about its objectives and some of its main new features.
