Copyright/Legislation/Fair Use Subcommittee
Mission Statement:
To identify and report on copyright issues that affect networked resources
of all kinds, including legislation pending or enacted, at a state or national
level, that impact libraries from acquiring and making publicly available
networked materials;
To work with other committees and subcommittees within ALA and the
ALCTS Division, as well as with other groups outside of ALA that are
interested in copyright, fair use, and legislation issues.
