To investigate software developed by various software companies that make use of intelligent agents to address new ways to access and acquire information.

To prepare a bibliography of research relating to intelligent agents.

To explore the impact of the Internet now and in the future on access to information which is relevant to the user.

To explore how interfaces will help the user better utilize digital information — sort, store, etc.
