The manuscript consists of 28 unbound half sheets, each folded once to form 4 pages.
Each page is divided into two equal columns; the text is written in the left-hand columns,
leaving the right-hand columns for additions, corrections, and references.
The text is in the hand of an unidentified scribe, with additions and corrections by Locke.
