A parchment box containing two groups of unbound papers. The box is labeled “Biblia” on the top and “in” on one side of the bottom (cf. MS. Locke f. 32, labelled “out”). The loose gatherings were sewn together after being acquired by the Bodleian.

ff. 122-173v:   Copy of Essays on the law of nature (c. 1663-1664) by Brounower.
A draft of five of the essays exists in MS. Locke e. 6 and another copy in MS. Locke f. 31.
