The Homeland Security Digital Library is sponsored by the U.S. DHS Office of Grants and Training and the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security. It is the nation's premier collection of documents related to homeland security policy, strategy, and organizational management published by: Federal, state and local government agencies; International governments and institutions; Nonprofit organizations and private sector entities; and Think tanks, research centers, colleges and universities.
