EFNEP, the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program has been in existence for forty years. Its goal is to educate low income families in the areas of nutrition, food preparation, and food management. This site provides a database of research conducted about the program.

Unless the study is in a journal or already in a library, a copy of the study results will be requested and placed in a lending library so others may find it more easily.
