This page is an attempt to provide access to online information related to home gardening.

Gardening is an important leisure activity of many Americans and each spring millions enjoy growing flowers, vegetables, fruits and herbs.

Hundreds of sites on horticulture and gardening are available on the Web with new ones starting regularly. This site focuses on home gardening and the production of flowers, vegetables, ornamentals, herbs, and fruits for home use. Sites chosen are for the gardening public, researchers and professional horticulturalists. Sites are limited to North America with few exceptions and all are free to the public. Home Gardening is selective collection of quality sites focusing on home gardening; recommendations for additions are welcome.
